Respiratory Protection

The Bureau of Labor Statistics has found that there were 14.6 thousand recordable cases of respiratory illnesses in 2009. Respiratory hazards are encountered in a wide variety of professions, from construction to hospital work. There are fine particulates created by the work done on job sites that can get deposited in your lungs are cause damage. Much of this damage is minor in the short-term, but exposure to these particulates over time can cause major complications, even death.
