Content Development

The Content Development intern will work with the Digital Design and Instructional Design Project Manager teams to facilitate efficient file management, help prepare digital assets for production, carry out certain Quality Assurance tasks, and perform other duties as assigned. This position offers room for expansion if the candidate shows proficiency and willingness to learn SafetySkills’ development processes and procedures.

Customer Care

The Customer Care Representative is primarily responsible for providing effective customer service and technical support for all clients by utilizing in-depth knowledge of company products and programs. They also have responsibility to work with the application development and training success teams to retain current customers and attract new ones.

Sales

The Business Development Representative is responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities for SafetySkills. BDRs are a key component to our sales growth strategy as they will find and nurture qualified leads for our Account Executives (AEs) through outbound phone calls, email campaigns and social selling. This role is to actively seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.

Human Resources

The HR Intern role is well-organized, flexible and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people. The HR Intern will assist in planning employee morale initiatives, researching /scheduling for various vendors, maintaining office supplies, greeting visitors, and providing general administrative support to our employees as well as support the office environment.
