SafetySkills is seeking a part-time, well-organized individual to join our Uptown Oklahoma City office. It’s possible this position could turn into full-time in the future. Duties will be added as needed.

Requirements

  • Must be extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Proficient with Word and Excel programs
  • Experience with Quickbooks Online
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
  • Ability to work independently and operate as part of a team
  • Positive attitude is a MUST

Responsibilities

  • Daily invoicing and collections
  • Weekly accounts payable
  • Audits and reconcilations of accounts as needed
  • Provide general administration support as needed
  • Detailed data entry

Physical Requirements

While performing duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and work at a computer for long periods of time in an office environment. Employee is also required to accept incoming calls and respond to client tickets via email. Must be able to see, hear and speak.
