Job Description

The Content Development intern will work with the Digital Design and Instructional Design Project Manager teams to facilitate efficient file management, help prepare digital assets for production, carry out certain Quality Assurance tasks, and perform other duties as assigned. This position offers room for expansion if the candidate shows proficiency and willingness to learn SafetySkills’ development processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Process assets and upload to digital asset library
  • Tag assets in digital asset library
  • Use development software such as Unreal Engine to adjust/manage assets
  • Prepare 3D models for production (adjust clothing, body presentation, etc.)
  • Perform functional QC for completed courseware
  • Perform courseware packaging functions (packaging new/rebuilt courses, creating microlearning, etc.)
  • Produce assets for copyright claims
  • Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

While performing duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and work at a computer for long periods of time in an office environment. Employee is also required to accept incoming calls and respond to client tickets via email. Must be able to see, hear and speak.
