There are currently no training requirements for the state of Massachusetts, but it is highly recommended.

Who is recommended to receive training?
All employees.
Recommended training topics:
- The workplace policy against sexual harassment; information about retaliation; a description and examples of sexual harassment; consequences of harassment; process for filing complaints; the identity and contact information of relevant agencies.
- It is recommended that supervisors receive the above information, as well as the specific requirements for supervisors and other managerial staff.
