Training Requirements
Who is required to receive training?
State employees.
What must the training include?
- Federal and state laws on the prohibition of sexual harassment; best practices for prevention and correction; remedies and procedures available for victims.
- Supervisors must also be trained to respond to complaints and to create a workplace culture that doesn’t tolerate sexual harassment.
How often is training required?
Every two years.
Is there a time requirement?
Minimum two hours.
